Emmett Shea - Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Always having an affinity towards business and politics, Emmett Shea founded TEM Consulting with a dream of helping creators succeed, primarily those based in Ireland and Great Britain. Emmett is a student at Horace Greeley High School, and will be attending Villanova University in the fall. Prior to starting TEM, Emmett has worked on various political campaigns, volunteering efforts, and started his own social media page that amassed a following in the tens of thousands. Within TEM, Emmett makes key business decisions, operates much of the business side, and runs many of the offerings. Emmett founded TEM Consulting in March of 2021.

Jalen Presha' - Chief Recruitment Officer and Chief Technology Officer

Jalen Presha is a current student at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, majoring in computer science and working in student recreation. Jalen was a standout DE during his High School football career and still maintains a heavy interest in sports.  Within TEM, Presha makes key business decisions and helps evaluate talent. Jalen has been with Todo El Mundo Consulting since April of 2021.

Nate Meyer - Chief Operations Officer

Current Masters School student Nate Meyer has always been driven to business, music, and politics. Nate is a 17-year-old guitarist, band member, and music enthusiast. He started playing music at age 7 and developed a love for the way that it can connect people, and bring people joy. He has experience with multiple startups including an upcycling initiative and an orthotic backpack company. Nate has volunteered at several political campaigns, ambulance corps, and his temple's food bank, all while maintaining a weighted GPA of 4.25. Nate is also the captain of his High School lacrosse team. Within TEM, Nate makes key business decisions, while also moving the company forward. Meyer has been a part of TEM Consulting since May 2021.
